I like the skewed horizons and cut-off heads. This doesn't always work for some people, but I think it works well for this series. The One of the sign in the snow maybe doesn't fit as well. Otherwise good job with these - compositions & exposures look good.
I felt like you did really well with getting good shots, and for someone that has never been to burlington your pictures would def. show someone what it is all about. you got some good shots of people downtown
These are some great shots of Church Street. They remind me of a "technique" I have used before of setting the camera to take pictures continuously while the shutter is depressed and then just walk with my arm swinging lightly. It is amazing the shots you can get when you don't look through the viewfinder. The angles are great and allow for great movement across the page.
